National Military Services Program(NMS)  The VFW National Military Services Program includes: Operation Uplink (phone calls thru internet cafes and/or phone cards), UnMet Needs (Emergency Financial Assistance), MAP (Post reimbursement for military activities), Adopt-A-Unit (Troop Support), Guard and Reserve Information, Family Assistance Centers, DOD Death Gratuity Increases.
